Laundromat FAQ
Wash and Fold Laundromat is open from 5AM - 9PM, and the last wash is 9:00PM.
Yes. There is a helpful employee on site from 8AM to closing.
Yes, we have washers that range from top loaders to 70-pound machines.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
We use only premium brand products for our fluff and fold, including Arm & Hammer with OxiClean, All Free & Clear, Tide, Gain, and OxiClean. Some products charge an upgrade fee.
Wash and fold is only $1.85/lb. for next day service and $2.15/lb. for same day service.
Our minimum for fluff and fold is 15 pounds.
Your clean and folded clothes will be ready in 24 hours. You will receive a text message when they are ready for pick up.
No, we do not. We never mingle your laundry with anyone else's. We know this leads to mix-ups and cross contamination.

Next day laundry service is $2.29 a pound. If you have more time and want a cheaper price it is $1.99 a pound for two day turnaround.
There is a $35 minimum order.
Depending on which service you choose, your laundry will be returned in 24 or 48 hours.
It is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
You do not! Just let us know in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry so our driver knows where to find it.
Wash and Fold Laundromat is not responsible for stolen laundry.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No, you don't. You can cancel at any time, because we are confident that you will stay with us as long as we continue to provide excellent service.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
